CONCERT
At last we have an opportunity to see in Prague The Rat Pack swinging orchestra with the Las Vegas atmosphere of the 1960s. The show is a perfect reminiscence of The Rat Pack Reunion Tour of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis jr. It recalls the days of the greatest glory of The Sands in Las Vegas, including the famous musical and scenic anecdotes by which the singers amused themselves and the audience. The programme includes the best known songs from the early 1960s as well as those which had not yet existed at that time. The obvious musts are Frank’s hits My Way and New York, New York, and Sammy’s Mr. Bojangles. The scenic presentation is spontaneous and impromptu as the concerts of Frank, Dean and Sammy had been. Don’t miss the opportunity to see The Rat Pack Las Vegas Spectacular show at a concert of the Signed with the Heart humanitarian project at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.
COCKTAIL PARTY
During the welcome drink, the interval and the cocktail party after the concert, visitors will have an opportunity to look over the gifts and purchase the auction tickets. The proceeds from last year’s auction were CZK 1,140,000. The regular participation of renowned politicians, sportsmen and artists ranks the Signed with the Heart project among the most prestigious and oldest European humanitarian projects.
AUCTION
The 14th Signed with the Heart benefit auction of “Jewellery of the World” will offer works created by prominent European artists and artefacts made by handicapped clients of Czech and foreign social institutes. The whole evening will be interpreted into sign language for guests who are hard of hearing. Human feeling and willingness to help are the most wonderful jewels of character. The proceeds from the auction will be used to finance Signed with the Heart programmes. Information about their structure is available at www.ap-cherry.cz.
