The authors of the 13th gala evening set themselves the task to prepare an exceptional collection of works of art by famous creators of crystal glass for the benefit auction of the humanitarian project Signed with the Heart 2007 subtitled Crystal World. The gifts from Czech and world personalities will be complemented with creations by clients of Czech and foreign social institutes who proved in the previous years that art overcomes their handicap and allows them to compete with others. The works by handicapped authors aroused immense interest and response, and so works by those for whom the proceeds of the project are intended will be auctioned again this year.

The 13th edition of the project SIGNED WITH THE HEART 2007 – Crystal World will take place in Žofín Palace, Prague, on 13 December 2007 from 7 p.m., and the organisers are inviting prominent artistic glass designers to attend the event and contribute gifts for the auction. Among many others, they include Brian Clark, Maria Lugossy, René Roubíček, Jaromír Rybák, Milan Handl, Aleš Vašíček, Václav Cigler, Jiří Harcuba, Jaroslava Brychtová, Michal Machata, Oldřich Plíva, Stanislava Grebeníčková, Valér Kováč, Jiřina Žertová, Eva Vlasáková, Eva Heyd, Markéta Šílená, Ivana Houserová, Jaroslav Matouš, Dana Vachtová, Jaroslav Svoboda and other artist from Denmark, Slovakia and Latvia.

The project was supported in the past by personal presence, gifts for the auction or aegis by the most prominent statesmen, sportsmen, Oscar award winners, artists, architects, and the greatest celebrities of the world.

Every year, the programme of the concert proves the inventiveness of its authors and the high artistic standard of the musicians and the repertoire. This year again, the Czech Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paul Freeman will accompany famous artists of the music scene.

The traditional guarantor and recipient of the proceeds is the humanitarian association Centre of Good Will (CDV), which has excellent results by reducing costs to the minimum and with help from dozens of volunteers and honorary members from the ranks of prominent politicians and representatives of Czech and foreign economic corporations.
